Always wanted to meditate but find it difficult?
It can be hard on your own, So I'm starting a weekly meditation group online.
Offering to Participants who can commit to weekly practice or Members who can come and go when they can.
I am hoping to Help you gain some basic understanding of Mindfulness and the importance of Breath.
I bring many years of Insight Meditation Learning and practice. I have attended 5 ,10 day Vipassana Retreats around the world and have studied Meditation through my studies at University and courses over the years.
Meditation is a big part of my life and I would say has been life changing for me, in many ways, saying that I am well aware it is not easy as my early journey in my 20s, I often was frustrated by people saying 'just meditate'! ' Well', I'd think, that's all good and well but the mind is a bit of a Beast and at times, actually generally, runs wild when you sit quietly!
So in this Group I will Guide you through some basic Meditations and at times we will practice Breath and touch on Mindfulness. If you want to work more with Mindfulness I use it in my therapeutic work as a psychotherapeutic Counsellor.
This is not a Therapy group but a 45 minutes led meditation Practice, done in a group which ,even on line is more powerful than sitting alone.
I look forward to practicing with you, as it is always a practice, there is always more to learn about our selves.

Thursday at 5.30 pm Sharp for 1 hour costing, £10 a session or £9.50 if you pay for a Month + very first session free.
