MEDITATION AND BREATHING
Anxiety and stress is becoming more and more apparent within our busy society and people are looking for ways to slow down and be more present.
Having practiced meditation, specifically Vipassana, for almost 20 years has allowed me to cope with stress and overcome past trauma. In addition to this I have trained in mindfulness. I often bring these techniques into my counselling if I think they would benefit the client, however I am also open to having sessions focused solely on meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
