Real Talk Men's Group
​A weekly meet up for men who want to talk and get support from other men, in a therapeutic setting.

Whether you're navigating life's transitions, or simply looking for connection, this group provides a non-judgmental space to explore challenge and discuss your thoughts and feelings, gaining personal growth along the way.

In today's fast-paced world, finding a safe space to share personal struggles and triumphs can be hard, especially for men who may feel societal pressure to maintain a stoic exterior. This meet-up is designed to foster open dialogue, emotional growth, and mutual understanding among participants.​​​
Key Information​
Cost: £70 per person, per session (1 hour 50 mins, including a short break)
When: Saturdays 11am to 12.50pm and/or Fridays 6pm to 7.50pm. Please note this is dependent on demand for sessions.
Where: A therapy room in Horsham town centre.
Who: 5/6 in each group (max), ages 18 - 100!
