Mindfulness Workshops
A one-day workshop to slow down, reconnect, and unwind negative patterns.​​

Through mindful awareness, gentle somatic practices and meditation, you will learn practical tools to support self-regulation, cultivate inner stillness, and meet life with greater presence and compassion.
You will be guided and supported to explore practices that calm both the mind and body, helping to settle the nervous system and restore a sense of balance and safety within. ​

After her first silent retreat back in 2000, Lee brings a depth of mindful meditation experience, including formal mindfulness training as part of her 4 year degree as a Psychotherapist. She has since incorporated these practices into her work in both Australia and the UK since 2009.

Key Information​
Cost: £99 per person (tea, coffee and snacks are provided)
When: 11am - 4pm, Saturday 21st March 2026
Where: Horsham town centre
Who: groups of no more than 15
What to bring: a yoga mat or similar, a blanket, and your lunch (there are shops nearby, if needed)
